This is a pretty cool story. This student at Berkeley (she's Japanese - go Asians!!) records a video of herself singing an acoustic version of Rihanna's "Umbrella" in her living room and posts it on YouTube. It blows up on YouTube and then local radio stations start playing it. Then Carson Daly hears it on the radio and invites her to perform on his show. I think now she's in the middle of cutting an album and performing a bunch of gigs. Here's the video of her performance on Last Call with Carson Daly.

Wow I guess it's been a while since I've posted. Sorry for the lack of updates folks. As you might guess from the picture, Jessie's pregnant! We recently passed the 1st trimester and we get to find out the baby's sex in a couple weeks! It's been a roller coaster of thoughts and emotions for the both of us so far. I can't even imagine what it's going to be like! Me, a FATHER!? It's crazy. Jessie had some nausea early on, but it was never so bad that she threw up. Her sense of smell definitely heightened, too. Like a superhero! She smells things I don't and anything strong smells bad to her (perfume, good food, etc). Cravings, you ask? Grapefruit! She's been on a mad grapefruit tear.
We've hit some bumps in the road but God has been good. We can't wait to meet our baby.
